VDIK Code of Competition Law<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The topic of compliance is becoming increasingly important, and in particular it is about antitrust behavior, both within the individual companies and in association work. Although the work in the VDIK has always been characterized by lawful action and compatibility with German and European antitrust law, the association has decided to document this in writing and also to give written advice to the employees of the VDIK member companies involved in the association’s work , which can be taken from areas sensitive to antitrust law and which can be circumnavigated from the outset. The VDIK Code on Competition Law, which was unanimously adopted in June 2011, is now to serve as the antitrust basis for the association’s work in the VDIK and to inform the employees of the VDIK members accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
