Automotive Aftersales Award for Outstanding Brand-Specific Service

The Automotive Aftersales Award (AAA) for the best and most innovative service in brand-specific aftersales will be presented for the first time this year at Automechanika Frankfurt. The winners will be selected through a three-stage process. The best service will be determined by a reader poll conducted by AUTO BILD, supplemented by the Dealer Satisfaction Monitor from the Institute for Automotive Economics (IfA) and a high-caliber panel of experts. Numerous German and international automotive brands have already submitted their most innovative aftersales concepts. The award was initiated by the Association of International Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (VDIK).

In aftersales, especially amid the current transformation, it is crucial that high-quality, customer-oriented, and reliable brand service remains the first choice for customers in the future. Strong service builds customer loyalty and is also a key revenue driver for manufacturers and repair shops. The Automotive Aftersales Award is therefore intended to recognize volume brands that offer outstanding service concepts.”
The current issue of AUTO BILD has now launched the campaign for the award: Which manufacturer truly impresses in everyday workshop operations? Who is ready for the service of tomorrow? The awards will be presented in six categories:

Who repairs electric vehicle batteries smartly instead of replacing them at high cost? - Maintenance and Repair Solutions:

Who makes booking appointments via app a breeze? - Innovative customer loyalty:
Who has the best ideas for loyal customers and older models? - Newcomer category:
Which new brand has built a top-notch service network in record time?
Over the next few weeks, AUTO BILD will be showcasing some of the manufacturers’ special concepts and initiatives and providing its readers with information on all aspects of the aftersales sector. Readers will then have until June 28 to vote for the brand they believe offers the best selection. Those who participate in the vote can also win a prize: In addition to a set of tires, there are also five VIP tickets to Automechanika Frankfurt, taking place September 8–12. The Automotive Aftersales Award will be presented there on September 8 in the Festhalle.
